Jan Streefkerk (1958) offers advice and litigates in the field of liability and insurance law. His experience covers the entire field of expertise: corporate liability, employer’s liability, product liability and road traffic liability, personal injury, damage caused by construction work, fire and other damage, CAR and insurance policy issues. He mainly represents insurers throughout The Netherlands and foreign insurance companies.
In his capacity of cassation lawyer, Jan litigates at the Supreme Court. He also looks after the interests of national and international insurers and their insured parties.
