Maurice van Kleef (1982) primarily deals with property law and specifically tenancy law, including rentals of residential, business and office premises; property purchases and sales; statutory property rights between adjoining properties and law governing owners’ associations. He also advises clients on administrative law and general law of obligations.

Maurice generally represents private investors, vacant property managers and owners’ associations and has also assisted various housing associations. As well as providing detailed, practical advice he represents clients in legal proceedings and regularly appears in court. Alongside focusing on the legal aspects of a case, he always looks to come up with practical solutions. He is client-oriented and committed to achieving the best possible result for his clients.

Having also run his own business Maurice is quickly able to understand clients’ reasoning and motivation.
