Maurice van Kleef (1982) primarily deals with property law and specifically tenancy law, including rentals of residential, business and office premises; property purchases and sales; statutory property rights between adjoining properties and law governing owners’ associations. Maurice generally represents private investors, vacant property managers and owners’ associations and has also assisted various housing associations.
